Agent Eli is an AI-powered career coaching platform that assists users with job searching, resume tailoring, interview preparation, and career growth planning. The Service is powered by large language models and is intended as a supportive tool, not a substitute for professional career advice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
  • Submit false or misleading information to manipulate AI outputs.
  • Share access to your account with others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Eli's responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it, particularly for important career decisions. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Agent Eli platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of any career data and resumes you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Eli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
